Dr. Joel Wallach and Rich Stocks

In 1997 I heard an audio cassette tape called Dead Doctors Don't Lie by Dr. Joel Wallach. I found the message fascinating and I wanted everyone I knew to hear it. Dr. Wallach claimed that humans are designed to live beyond the age of 100... IF we give our body all the raw materials (90 Essential Nutrients) that it needs. I had been a Bible teacher for many years so two things stood out to me from Dr. Wallach's message. I knew the Bible message is that the human life span is at least 120 years and that man came from dust. Sixty of the 90 Essential Nutrients are minerals and minerals also come from dust (just as man did). I realized that if we are made from dirt it makes sense that most of the nutrients which we need are found in the dirt we came from. However, not all dirt is the same. Some soils are much richer than others and modern farming practices have stripped our soils of these vital minerals. If the nutrients aren't in our soils they are not in our foods.
